What do you offer?
I offer one to one and couples therapy online and in person.  

I also offer walk and talk therapy where we meet outside in nature. This can be in a park, on the downs or on the beach for example.

We can also agree to combine these options.

I offer short term therapy as well as long term open ended arrangements.

Sessions last 50 minutes and we will normally meet once a week.

In the first instance we will arrange a 30 minute video call to talk about what you are looking for and decide whether we would like to work together.
